To fit the Vibration & Noise reducing damper, remove the A-Bar and place in a vice, pull the damper through the A-Bar with a pair of pliers, (gripping the thin end) until it pops into place. While still pulling slightly on the grommet with the pliers use a pair of scissors and cut the grommet at the mold line.
